系统评估减重手术近期和远期健康效应，评价减重手术治疗相关心血管代谢性疾病中的作用机制，分析基因组、转录组、蛋白组、代谢组、肠道菌群、环境污染物暴露等在术前、术中、术后的变化特征以及对健康的影响  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic assessment of the short-term and long-term health effects of bariatric surgery, evaluation of the mechanism of action in the treatment of cardiometabolic diseases related to bariatric surgery, analysis of the change characteristics of genome, transcriptome, proteome, metabolome, gut flora, and environmental pollutants exposure in preoperative and postoperative and its health effects.

纳入标准：

16岁及以上接受减重手术的肥胖患者

Inclusion criteria

Obese patients aged 16 and above undergoing bariatric surgery

排除标准：

1）无法独立完成问卷调查或拒绝回答相关问题；2）患有严重传染性疾病（如结核、HIV等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1) Unable to independently complete the questionnaire survey or refuse to answer relevant questions; 2) Suffering from serious infectious diseases (such as tuberculosis, HIV, etc.).
