研究目的：

本研究应用疏肝化滞方治疗代谢相关性脂肪性肝病患者，与常规治疗方法相比，评价疏肝化滞方治疗代谢相关性脂肪性肝病的效果。旨在降低代谢相关性脂肪性肝病患者肝脏脂肪变、纤维化程度以及病死率，弥补常规方法的不足，形成成熟的中西医结合治疗方案，能够广泛应用于临床，惠及更多患者。明确代谢相关性脂肪性肝病患者疾病情况，为相关代谢相关脂肪性肝病患者管理提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, Shu-Gan-Hua-Zhi prescription was applied to treat patients with metabolism-related fatty liver disease, and evaluate the efficacy compared with conventional treatment methods.It aims to reduce the liver steatosis, recurrence rate and fatality rate of metabolic-related fatty liver disease, remedy the deficiency of conventional methods, and form a mature treatment plan of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine, which can be widely applied in clinical practice and benefit for more patients. Clarify the disease status of patients with metabolic-related fatty liver disease, and provide evidence for the management of these patients.

纳入标准：

（1）代谢相关性脂肪性肝病
（2）年龄：18-65周岁
（3）签署知情同意书

Inclusion criteria

(1) Metabolism-related fatty liver disease
(2) Age18-65
(3) Signed informed consent

排除标准：

（1）其他病因导致的脂肪性肝病患者；
（2）妊娠或哺乳期妇女以及计划在研究期内妊娠的妇女；
（3）对试验药物过敏者；
（4）有精神异常不能配合本研究的患者，或病情不稳定的癫痫病患者；
（5）合并严重心、脑、肺、肾、造血等系统疾病的患者；
（6）有其他不宜做药物试验观察者，或不能配合治疗，难以对药物的有效性和安全性作出确切评价者；
（7）研究者认为不适合入组的其它情况。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with fatty liver disease caused by other causes;
(2) pregnant or lactating women and women who plan to become pregnant during the study period;
(3) allergic to the test drug;
(4) Patients with mental abnormalities that cannot cooperate with this study, or patients with unstable epilepsy;
(5) patients with serious heart, brain, lung, kidney, hematopoietic and other systemic diseases;
(6) those who are not suitable to be observers of drug trials, or cannot cooperate with treatment, and are difficult to accurately evaluate the efficacy and safety of drugs;
(7) Other conditions considered unsuitable for inclusion by the researcher.
