研究目的:

(1)本研究拟基于团队前期自主研发的老年人“手-脑协同”精细运动多维交互评估系统,获取老年人手部精细运动多维参数,探究精细运动特征与认知功能的相关性,并通过亚组分析明确精细运动不同维度与认知功能各独立认知域的相互关系; (2)通过建立手部精细运动特征与老年人认知衰退的前瞻性队列,明确精细运动对老年人群整体认知功能衰退的影响作用,并通过亚组分析明确精细运动不同维度特征对认知功能各独立认知域衰退的预测能力,探寻认知功能衰退的更早期数字化生物标志物; (3)利用机器学习方法构建预测模型并对预测能力进行验证,丰富早期认知障碍识别与认知衰退预测的评估策略,并为探寻精准有效的干预靶点提供理论基础。  

Objectives of Study:

(1) The study aims to establish a multi-dimensional interactive evaluation system for the "Hand-Brain collaboration" fine motor of the elderly, which was independently developed by the team in the early stage. The system aims to obtain multi-dimensional parameters of fine motor of the elderly, explore the correlation between fine motor characteristics and cognitive function, and clarify the relationship between different dimensions of fine motor and independent cognitive domains of cognitive function through subgroup analysis; (2) By establishing a prospective cohort of hand fine motor features and cognitive decline in the elderly, the aim is to clarify the impact of fine motor on overall cognitive decline in the elderly population, and to identify the predictive ability of different dimensions of fine motor features on cognitive decline in each independent cognitive domain through subgroup analysis, in order to explore earlier digital biomarkers of cognitive decline; (3) Using machine learning methods to construct predictive models and validate their predictive abilities, enriching the evaluation strategies for early cognitive impairment recognition and cognitive decline prediction, and providing a theoretical basis for exploring precise and effective intervention targets.

纳入标准:

① 年龄≥60岁; ② 能够配合完成认知功能及手部精细运动测评者; ③ 签署《知情同意书》。

Inclusion criteria

① Age ≥ 60 years old; ② Able to cooperate in completing cognitive function and hand fine motor assessment; ③ Sign the 'Informed Consent Form'.

排除标准:

① 已被诊断为痴呆者; ② 存在影响手精细运动功能的神经系统损伤,如脑卒中、帕金森病、臂丛神经损伤、正中神经/桡神经/尺神经损伤、神经卡压等; ③ 存在影响手精细运动功能的骨骼肌肉损伤,如肌腱损伤、手外伤、关节脱位、骨折等; ④ 近6个月内发生过急性应激事件,如急性冠状动脉事件、恶性心律失常、严重感染、接受大手术者; ⑤ 正在参加其他干预性临床试验。

Exclusion criteria:

① Individuals diagnosed with dementia; ② There are neurological injuries that affect the fine motor function of the hand, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, brachial plexus injury, median/radial/ulnar nerve injury, nerve compression, etc; ③ There are skeletal muscle injuries that affect the fine motor function of the hand, such as tendon injuries, hand injuries, joint dislocations, fractures, etc; ④ Those who have experienced acute stress events within the past 6 months, such as acute coronary artery events, malignant arrhythmia, severe infection, or undergoing major surgery; ⑤ Participating in other interventional clinical trials.
