研究目的：

（1）通过真实世界数据了解区域范围内髋部骨折围手术期VTE的发生率和危险因素； （2）通过多中心回顾性真实世界队列研究探索不同抗凝预防方案在髋部骨折围手术期VTE预防中的效果及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Use real-world data to understand the incidence and risk factors of perioperative VTE in hip fractures in the region; (2) To explore the efficacy and safety of different anticoagulation prevention regiments in perioperative VTE prevention of hip fractures through a multicenter retrospective real-world cohort study.

纳入标准：

因髋部骨折（股骨转子间骨折、股骨颈骨折及股骨转子下骨折）入院行手术治疗的患者

Inclusion criteria

Patients admitted for surgical treatment for hip fractures (intertrochanteric, neck, and subtrochanteric)

排除标准：

① 髋部骨折受伤前已明确合并VTE者； ② 未行下肢静脉彩超或血管造影等检查明确有无血栓者； ③ 血栓预防方案不清楚或无可查询记录者； ④ 重要数据丢失者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Patients with VTE before hip fracture injury; ② Patients who did not undergo lower extremity venous color ultrasound or angiography to determine whether there is thrombosis; ③ Patients with unclear or no records of thrombosis prevention; ④ Important data loss.
