研究目的：

①基于循证方法开发适用于城市社区老年人预防跌倒自我管理干预研究的微信小程序，并开展微信小程序的可用性评价。 ②评价基于微信小程序的城市社区老年人预防跌倒自我管理干预方案的可行性及有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

①Based on evidence-based methods, develop a WeChat mini program suitable for intervention research on fall prevention self-management of elderly people in urban communities, and conduct usability evaluation of wechat mini programs. ②Evaluate the feasibility and effectiveness of fall prevention self-management intervention program for of elderly people in urban communities based on wechat mini program.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①年龄≥60岁，在福州市辖内社区居住时间超过半年以上者；②认识文字，具备基本的读写能力；③具备一定的独立活动能力，能够配合参与线下干预项目；④拥有智能手机等移动设备，会使用微信者；⑤知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

①Aged ≥60 years old, living in Fuzhou community for more than six months;② Understand the language, and have basic reading and writing skills;③Have certain independent activity ability, and can participate in offline intervention projects;④ Have smart phones and can use WeChat;⑤Informed consent.

排除标准：

①参加其他类似课题研究者；②存在视听障碍，无法正常沟通、交流、学习者。

Exclusion criteria：

①those who participate in other similar research subjects;②those who have visual and hearing impairments, and those who can not communicate and learn normally.
