研究目的：

以表面盖可吸收胶原膜为对照，评价胶原蛋白海绵在自体牙骨粉位点保存中的作用  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the clinical efficacy of collagen sponge on the alveolar ridge preservation (ARP) of autogenous partially demineralized dentin matrix (APDDM) compared with covering absorbable collagen membrane.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）患者年龄≥18岁，既往体健，无诉系统性疾病； （2）存在无保留价值的磨牙患牙； （3）患牙拔除后拔牙窝牙槽骨剩余高度≥3mm； （4）至少存在一颗邻牙； （5）患者依从性良好，经过完善的牙周基础治疗后全口菌斑指数小于20%，全口BOP%＜25%； （6）同意参加本临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

（1）Adult patients (>18 years old), systemically healthy; （2）Presence of a molar without retention value requiring extraction; （3）Post-extractive sites alveolar bone with at least two residual bone wall heights >= 3 mm;（4）Presence of at least one adjacent tooth; (5)The patients is with good compliance. After the periodontal treatment, the whole mouth plaque index was less than 20%, and the whole mouth BOP% was less than 25%.(6)Compliance with study-related procedures and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）患牙或邻牙有急性感染； （2）女性患者在妊娠期或哺乳期； （3）3个月内服用过影响血小板或骨再生功能的药物； （4）有头颈部放射治疗史及全身系统性疾病未控制者； （5）重度吸烟者，吸烟量＞10支/日。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute infection of the affected or adjacent teeth;(2) Female patients during pregnancy or lactation;(3)Patients who taken drugs affecting platelet or bone regeneration within 3 months;(4) History of head and neck radiotherapy, uncontrolled systemic diseases;(5) Heavy smokers, smoking more than 10 cigarettes/day.

在受试者签署知情同意书后，并符合所有入选标准且不符合任一排除标准时，受试者将被纳入本次临床试验。采用系统生成一个种子数，设置样本量和区组长度，由 PROC PLAN 过程，生成试验所需的随机数字表，导入随机系统。由研究者登录中央随机系统，录入受试者信息，根据随机系统分组，将受试者随机分配到试验组或对照组，试验组和对照组的比例为 1:1。
