研究目的：

构建可有效降低分娩恐惧的以社区为基地、孕妇为中心的叙事式产前分娩教育方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop a community-based, maternity-centered, narrative antenatal childbirth education program that is effective in reducing fear of childbirth.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①初产妇，年龄≥18岁 ②单胎妊娠，28周≤怀孕 ③分娩恐惧量尺≥65分

Inclusion criteria

1. primigravida, age >= 18 years 2. singleton pregnancy, 28 weeks <= pregnancy 3. fear of childbirth scale >= 65 points

排除标准：

①接受非常规产前干预 ②42周≤怀孕，有剖腹产指征 ③通过辅助生殖技术获得妊娠 ④胎儿生长发育异常 ⑤患有精神类疾病

Exclusion criteria：

1. Receiving non-conventional prenatal interventions 2. Pregnancy at >=42 weeks , indication for cesarean section 3. Obtaining pregnancy through assisted reproductive technology 4. Abnormal fetal growth and development 5. Mental illness
