研究目的：

本研究拟通过“婴幼儿营养喂养咨询指导能力提升培训项目”在乡级和村级开展线上线下相结合的婴幼儿喂养咨询培训提高乡村医生的婴幼儿喂养咨询服务质量，改善婴幼儿喂养情况及家长喂养行为。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to carry out combined online and offline infant and young child feeding (IYCF) counselling training at township and village levels to improve the quality of infant feeding counselling services, and to improve IYCF practices.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1）婴幼儿在6-23月龄； 2）主要养育人能用普通话阅读，并能通过手机使用微信，且具备上网条件； 3）知情同意并能积极配合。

Inclusion criteria

1. Children aged 6-23 months; 2. Main caregivers can read in Mandarin, use WeChat by phone, and have access to the Internet; 3. Inform consent and cooperate actively.

排除标准：

1）儿童有结构性或遗传的出生缺陷，如神经管畸形、先天性心脏病、苯丙酮尿症等； 2）主要养育人拒绝参加。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Children are diagnosed with structural or genetic birth defects, such as neural tube defects, congenital heart disease, phenylketonuria, etc.; 2. Main caregivers refuse to participate.

本研究采用随机分组和随机抽样方法，随机序列由计算机生成。长阳县所有乡两两配对后随机分组；在每个组中随机抽取32个乡村级卫生工作者进行婴幼儿喂养咨询服务观察，并对450名6-23月龄婴幼儿主要养育人进行问卷调查。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

This research adopts randomized and random sampling method, random sequence generated by computer. All townships in Changyang County were matched in pairs and randomly divided into groups. In each group, 32 health workers will be randomly selected to observe quality of counselling services, and 450 caregivers of children aged 6-23 months were surveyed to collect data on IYCF practices.
