通过数据驱动的方法，减少人为经验对分型及预后模型建立的干扰，探究自然状态下的疾病分型，建立稳定可靠的预后模型，为临床诊断、治疗及预测预后提供参考  

Objectives of Study：

Through a data-driven approach, we reduce the interference of human experience on staging and prognostic modeling, explore disease staging in the natural state, establish stable and reliable prognostic models, and provide reference for clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis prediction

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合2008年Gilman等提出的可能及很可能MSA诊断标准，由一线、二线、三线医生共同确诊的MSA患者；②病史回忆详实可靠；③签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

① Patients with MSA who met the diagnostic criteria of probable and likely MSA proposed by Gilman et al. in 2008 and whose diagnosis was confirmed by first-, second-, and third-line physicians; ② Detailed and reliable medical history recall; ③ Signed informed consent.

排除标准：

①患有其他神经系统慢性退行性疾病；②合并有其他疾病及严重并发症患者；③其他原因导致肢体活动障碍或影响病情评估者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Suffering from other chronic degenerative diseases of the nervous system; (2) Patients with other diseases and serious complications; (3) Those who cause limb mobility disorders or affect the assessment of the condition due to other reasons.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

CRF由研究者填写，每个入选病例必须填写CRF，完成的CRF由临床监查员审查后移交数据管理员，进行数据录入与数据管理工作。数据录入与管理由统计单位指定数据管理员负责录入。数据管理员采用EpiData软件编制数据录入程序，进行数据录入与管理。为保证数据录入的准确性，应由两名数据录入员独立进行双份录入并校对。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

The CRF was filled out by the investigator and must be filled out by each enrolled case. The completed CRF was reviewed by the clinical monitor and transferred to the data manager for data entry and data management. Data entry and management by the statistical unit designated data manager responsible for the entry. The data manager uses EpiData software to compile the data entry program for data entry and management. In order to ensure the accuracy of data entry, two data entry clerks shall independently perform double entry and proofreading.
