研究目的：

本研究从中医证候分型和影响临床疗效的结合点入手，采用中医特色针灸疗法对照药物治疗的方案，开展随机对照研究，评价针灸干预的方式降低化疗后口腔黏膜炎的发生率，提高肿瘤化疗后的口腔黏膜炎患者的临床疗效，探索化疗后口腔黏膜炎的针刺中医疗法的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

From this study of TCM syndrome classification and influence the clinical effect of combining site, the characteristic of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture controlled drug treatment scheme, randomized controlled study, evaluation of acupuncture intervention way to reduce the incidence of oral mucositis after chemotherapy, improve the tumor after chemotherapy oral mucositis in patients with clinical efficacy, to explore oral mucositis after chemotherapy of the effectiveness of acupuncture therapy of traditional Chinese medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）自愿参加本研究，并签署知情同意书； （2）有明确病理学诊断的肿瘤患者，接受标准辅助化疗方案，预计生存期＞3个月； （3）符合肿瘤化疗口腔黏膜炎的中西医诊断标准，且口腔黏膜炎分级达2级及以上，病程＜3个月； （4）发病前3天及发病后未服用其他相关药物或接受相关治疗； （5）精神正常，无面瘫、面神经炎等相关面部疾病； （6）年龄在30～70岁之间（性别不限）。

Inclusion criteria

(1) volunteered for this study, and signed informed consent; (2) there is a clear pathological diagnosis of tumors, accept standard of adjuvant chemotherapy, expected lifetime > 3 months; (3) in tumor chemotherapy oral mucositis of Chinese and western medicine diagnostic criteria, and oral mucositis class 2 and above, the course < 3 months; (4) 3 days before the onset and the incidence after not taking other drugs or related treatment; (5) normal mental, no facial paralysis and facial paralysis facial diseases; (6) age between 30 ~ 70 years old (or female).

排除标准：

（1）不符合以上条件者； （2）合并白塞氏病、复发性口腔溃疡、结核性口腔溃疡及疱疹性口腔炎等，以及不能明确的为化疗所致的口腔黏膜炎患者； （3）合并心脑、肝、肾功能不全，代谢性疾病、出血性疾病、严重传染病、免疫功能不全、心理疾病、精神疾病者等； （4）容易晕针、不能坚持接受针灸治疗者； （5）孕妇、哺乳期妇女、凝血功能障碍者；

Exclusion criteria：

(1) does not comply with the above conditions; (2) the combination of white's disease, recurrent oral ulcer, tuberculous oral ulcer and herpetic stomatitis, etc., and can't clear for patients with oral cavity mucositis caused by chemotherapy; (3) merging and heart, liver, renal insufficiency, metabolic disease, hemorrhagic disease, severe infections, immune function is not complete, mental illness, mental illness, etc.; (4) easy to treatment, can't insist on acupuncture therapy; (5) the pregnant women, nursing mothers, and blood coagulation function disorder;

采用独立于本研究的课题组其他人员使用SPSS 26.0中的随机数生成器，设置固定值产生50个随机数。将计算变量后进行个案排秩，随机个案样本生成两组，按对照组（A组）：治疗组（B组）=1：1的比例随机分组，各有固定的25个编号。随机号由专人管理。基础用药为康复新液。

The random number generator in SPSS 26.0 was used to generate 50random numbers using other personnel outside the subject group independent of this study, with fixed values set. Case ranking was performed after calculating the variables, and the random case sample was generated into two groups, which were randomly grouped in the ratio of remitting strong bone granules group (Group A): MTX group (Group B) = 1:1, each with a fixed number of 60. The randomized numbers were administered by dedicated personnel. The base drug was Kangfuxin Ye.
