研究目的：

本研究将采用长期跟踪研究设计，以期追踪冠心病患者在心脏康复中接受体外反搏治疗的认知和康复效果。通过长期跟踪，更好地了解体外反搏治疗的持续效果以及对患者长期心脏康复的影响，减轻患者及家庭负担。  

Objectives of Study：

This study will adopt a long-term follow-up study design to track the cognitive and rehabilitation effects of coronary heart disease patients receiving external counterpulsation therapy in cardiac rehabilitation. Through long-term tracking, we can better understand the sustained effect of external counterpulsation therapy and its impact on long-term cardiac recovery of patients, reducing the burden on patients and their families.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合《稳定型 CHD 诊断与治疗指南》中 CHD 诊断标准； ②有典型心绞痛症状或无创性检查显示有心肌缺血证据； ③符合EECP治疗适应症的患者； ④年龄≤80岁； ⑤病情稳定，无严重并发症； ⑥知情同意，自愿参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

① Meets the diagnostic criteria for CHD in the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Stable CHD" ; ② Having typical symptoms of angina or evidence of myocardial ischemia on non-invasive examination; ③ Patients who meet the indications for EECP treatment; ④ Age ≤ 80 years old; ⑤ Stable condition without serious complications; ⑥ Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study;

排除标准：

①患者有精神疾病； ②患者合并有癌症、肝硬化、呼吸衰竭等其他严重器质性疾病者。 ③未控制的过高血压（≥170/110 mmHg）。

Exclusion criteria：

① The patient has a mental illness; ② Patients with cancer, cirrhosis, Respiratory failure and other serious organic diseases. ③ Uncontrolled hypertension (≥ 170/110 mmHg).

健康信念模式健康教育，采用一对一和集体宣教方式进行：①冠心病的疾病知识、危险因素、严重性；②建立健康促进信念；③采纳健康行为；④感知行为益处；⑤维持健康行为。 体外反搏治疗

干预措施：

患者住院期间实施常规治疗、护理和健康教育。院外随访：患者出院后由责任护士3个月内进行常规随访，第1周及之后每4周进行10～20分钟/次电话或微信随访。

Routine treatment, nursing, and health education are implemented during the patient's hospitalization. Out-of-hospital follow-up: After discharge, the patient will undergo routine follow-up by the responsible nurse within 3 months, and 10 to 20 minutes of phone or WeChat follow-up every 4 weeks after the first week and thereafter.
