探讨右美托咪定对断指再植术肢体缺血再灌注介导肺损伤的作用机制  

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study was to investigate the mechanism of dexmedetomidine on lung injury induced by limb ischemia-reperfusion (I/R) in amputated finger replantation.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）急诊拟行断指再植手术患者； （2）年龄≥16岁，性别不限；（3）美国麻醉医师协会（ASA）分级Ⅰ-Ⅲ。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Emergency patients undergoing amputated finger replantation; (2) Age ≥16 years old, male or female; (3) American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grade Ⅰ~Ⅲ

排除标准：

（1）对右美托咪定或其药物组分过敏者；（2）重度心脏传导阻滞或严重心室功能不全者；（3）妊娠期或哺乳期患者；（4）因挤压或撕脱伤导致固有血管缺失、坏死而行自体血管移植术的患者；（5）不同意行全身麻醉者；（6）认知功能障碍或不能有效沟通者；（7）研究者认为不适合参加本试验者（如医从性差、不能按时接受随访）。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) allergic to dexmedetomidine or its drug components; (2) severe heart block or severe ventricular dysfunction; (3) patients during pregnancy or lactation; (4) who underwent autogenous vascular transplantation due to the absence or necrosis of intrinsic vessels caused by crush or avulsion injury; (5) who did not agree to general anesthesia; (6) cognitive impairment or inability to communicate effectively; (7) who were deemed unsuitable for the trial by the investigators.
