研究目的：

（1）通过12周不同类型的运动来观察其对绝经后高血压女性患者认知功能和血管功能的效果及可能的作用机制； （2）采用Logistic回归的方法来探讨绝经后高血压女性患者认知功能减退（如视空间/执行功能、命名、记忆、语言、注意力、抽象能力和定向力）等因素分别与血管功能、生长因子、心肺耐力、自主神经功能、炎症和氧化应激的关联； （3）通过12周不同类型的运动来探讨3种不同的运动方式（有氧、抗阻、抗阻结合有氧）对绝经后高血压女性患者的认知功能的影响，并比较何种运动方式是改善绝经后高血压女性患者认知功能减退的最优运动方式。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Different types of exercise for 12 weeks were used to observe their effects and possible mechanisms of action on cognitive and vascular functions in postmenopausal hypertensive female patients; (2) Logistic regression was used to explore the associations of factors such as cognitive impairment (e.g., visuospatial/executive function, naming, memory, language, attention, abstraction, and orientation) with vascular function, growth factors, cardiorespiratory endurance, autonomic function, inflammation, and oxidative stress, respectively, in postmenopausal hypertensive female patients; (3) To explore the effects of 3 different exercise modalities (aerobic, resistance, and resistance combined with aerobic) on cognitive function in postmenopausal hypertensive female patients through 12 weeks of different types of exercise, and to compare which exercise modality is the optimal exercise modality to ameliorate cognitive decompensation in postmenopausal hypertensive female patients.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

a. 纳入标准：（1）55～65岁的绝经后高血压女性；（2）140mm Hg ≤ SBP?< 160 mm Hg）和/或90mm Hg

Inclusion criteria

a. Inclusion criteria: (1) postmenopausal hypertensive women aged 55-65 years; (2) 140 mm Hg ≤ SBP < 160 mm Hg) and/or 90 mm Hg < DBP < 99 mm Hg (2016 edition of the Chinese Guidelines for the Control of High Blood Pressure); (3) patients with no comorbidities of other metabolic diseases and cardiovascular diseases (e.g., diabetes mellitus, coronary artery disease, etc.); (4) no habit of exercise ( no more than 6000 steps per day); (5) alcohol and smoking are prohibited; (6) voluntary participation in this study. b. Enrollment criteria for the blank control group: (1) postmenopausal women aged 55-65 years old; (2) SBP ≤ 140mm Hg, DBP < 90mm Hg; (3) good physical condition; (4) no alcohol and smoking; (5) risk classification of having cardiovascular disease as no risk; (6) voluntary participation.

排除标准：

a.排除标准：（1）绝经期之前，不属于以上条件；（2）血压未超出上述范围；（3）难治性高血压及继发高血压：（4）代谢、心血管方面的疾病；（5）由于自身原因不能进行运动；（6）定期锻炼（每日6000步以上）；（7）不良的生活习惯，如酗酒、吸烟；（8）患有心血管疾病的危险分级为高。 b. 排除标准：（1）绝经期之前，不属于以上范畴；（2） SBP、DBP值低于正常范围的临界值（SBP<90mm Hg，DBP<60mm Hg）；（3）一般健康、残疾或其他病症；（4）不良的饮食、酗酒、抽烟等；（5）无低危险的心血管危险分级。

Exclusion criteria：

a. Exclusion Criteria: (1) pre-menopausal, not belonging to the above conditions; (2) blood pressure not exceeding the above range; (3) refractory hypertension and secondary hypertension: (4) metabolic and cardiovascular diseases; (5) inability to do exercise due to their own reasons; (6) regular exercise (more than 6,000 steps per day); (7) bad lifestyle habits, such as alcohol abuse, smoking; (8) having cardiovascular disease with a high risk classification. b. Exclusion Criteria: (1) Pre-menopausal, not falling into the above categories; (2) SBP and DBP values below the threshold of the normal range (SBP < 90 mm Hg, DBP < 60 mm Hg); (3) General health, disability or other medical conditions; (4) Poor diet, alcohol abuse, smoking, etc.; (5) No low-risk cardiovascular risk grading.

In this study, the statistician will use SPSS 20.0 software (IBM Corp., Armonk, New York, NY, USA) to generate a table of randomised numbers at an early stage of the study without participation. Subjects will be randomly divided into 5 groups in a 1:1:1:1:1 ratio.
