评估食管黏膜上皮中度不典型增生粘膜切除的疗效  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the treatment effect of endscopic mucosal resection (EMR) for the patients with moderate- dysplasia of esophagus.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.2%碘染色内镜普查+不染色区域取活检、病理诊断确诊为中度不典型增生的病例，年龄40-69岁。

Inclusion criteria

All participants （40-69 years old）took part in the endoscopic staining examination with 1.2% iodine solution. Moreover, biopsies were taken from a non-staining area of the mucosa recording the location of mucosal biopsy by a standard method, and the subjects underwent separate pathologic evaluations carried out by two pathologists, who independently reviewed histological slides from the biopsies.

排除标准：

有肝脏疾病、糖尿病、心血管疾病主要包括冠心病、心绞痛、心肌梗塞、心衰，采用内科检查、心电图和腹部超声检查确诊的方法确定排除参加者。

Exclusion criteria：

We excluded those with liver diseases, diabetes, or cardiovascular diseases including coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, myocardial infarction, cardiac arrhythmia, heart failure diagnosed via general medical check, electrocardiogram and abdomen supersonic inspection.
