研究目的：

本研究归纳总结慢性术后疼痛的风险因素（术前、术中，术后风险），利用机器学习人工智能的技术纳入以上风险因素，全面包括患者的基本特征、麻醉及手术因素等，来构建肺癌手术慢性术后疼痛的预测模型，并对此模型的预测能力进行验证，旨在为临床麻醉实践中对高风险患者进行干预治疗提供依据，最终使更多的患者获益。目前国内外尚没有关于使用机器学习的方法来构建经电视辅助胸腔镜肺癌手术慢性术后疼痛风险预测模型的相关研究。  

Objectives of Study：

This study summarized the risk factors of chronic postoperative pain (preoperative, intra-operative, postoperative), and apply the machine learning algorithm to build a prediction model of chronic postoperative pain after video-assisted thoracoscopic surgery, and then verified the predictive ability of this model. The aim is to provide a basis for intervention and treatment of high-risk patients in clinical anesthesia practice, ultimately benefiting more patients. At present, there is no relevant research on using machine learning methods to construct a chronic postoperative pain risk prediction model for television assisted thoracoscopic lung cancer surgery at home and abroad.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1:年龄满 18 周岁 2:广东省人民医院胸、肺外科行VATS 下行肺叶楔形或节段切除术的患者。

Inclusion criteria

1:Patients over 18 years old. 2:Patients undergoing VATS pulmonary wedge or segmental lobectomy in the Department of Thoracic and Pulmonary Surgery at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital.

排除标准：

1:非肺叶实质手术，如食管癌、纵隔肿瘤、肺大疱、漏斗胸、手汗症等； 2:周围及中枢病变患者：认知功能障碍、帕金森、阿尔茨海默病、中风或无法配合者 3:病情危重术后 ICU 监护患者 4:肿瘤复发，慢性感染、再次手术、死亡患者

Exclusion criteria：

1: Non lobar parenchymal surgery, such as esophageal cancer, mediastinal tumors, pulmonary bullae, pectus excavatum, palmar hyperhidrosis, etc; 2: Patients with peripheral and central diseases: cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke or unable to cooperate 3: ICU patients in critical condition after surgery 4: Patients with recurrence of tumor, chronic infection, reo-peration and death
