研究目的：

脐静脉置管术是临床常见的新生儿血管通路获取操作。脐静脉置管适于多管液体输注、静脉用药、血管活性药物使用和静脉营养。随着医疗技术发展，治疗的早产儿胎龄和体重均越来越小，脐静脉置管对于这类早产儿是必须的静脉通道，为早期抢救提供保障。脐静脉置管有简单、易行的特点，但同时也可能发生一定的并发症，如异位、感染、喂养不耐受、坏死性小肠结肠炎、栓塞、电解质紊乱、心律失常等。减少并发症的发生对临床治疗极其重要。本研究探讨了脐静脉置管并发症的危险因素，为临床使用脐静脉置管和减少并发症提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Umbilical venous catheter (UVC) insertion is frequently used during neonatal vascular access. It can be utilized for multiple intravenous transfusion, medication, vasopressors and parenteral nutrition. UVC becomes vital for premature infants as they are getting smaller in gestational age and birth weight. However, UVC has certain complications, such as misposition, infection, feeding intolerance, neonatal necrotizing enterocolitis, embolism, electrolyte disturbances, arrhythmia. Preventing complications is extremely important for clinical treatment. We conduct this study to analyse the risk factors for complications of UVC.

纳入标准：

1.2018年1月至2022年12月入住惠州市中心人民医院NICU有脐静脉置管的新生儿。

Inclusion criteria

All patients who were admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit in Huizhou Central People's Hospital and received umbilical venous catheter insertion.

排除标准：

资料不完整

Exclusion criteria：

Data imperfection, unable to determine efficacy and safety.
