研究目的：

评价抗结核药物治疗对肠道菌群影响以及益生菌辅助抗结核治疗的效果，为结核药物的副作用缓解提供辅助手段，并为结核治疗提供更全面的治疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of anti-tuberculosis drug therapy on intestinal flora and the effect of probiotics assisted anti-tuberculosis therapy, so as to provide an auxiliary means to alleviate the side effects of tuberculosis drugs and provide a more comprehensive treatment plan for tuberculosis treatment.

纳入标准：

符合肺结核诊断标准的病原学阳性患者

Inclusion criteria

Positive patients who meet diagnostic criteria for tuberculosis.

排除标准：

1.年龄不满18周岁,未长期定居于黑龙江省地区 2.近4周内出现消化系统及泌尿系统急性感染 3.近4周内曾服用抗生素或微生物制剂 4.5年内有过胃肠道大手术者 5.炎症性肠病患者 6.孕妇及哺乳期妇女 7.冠心病、肝病及肾病患者 8.带状疱疹及HIV病毒感染者 9.器官移植者 10.最近5年内有恶性肿瘤史

Exclusion criteria：

1.Under the age of 18, not permanently settled in Heilongjiang Province 2.Acute infection of the digestive system and urinary system occurred in the past 4 weeks 3.Have taken antibiotics or microbial preparations in the past 4 weeks 4.Those who have had major gastrointestinal surgery within 5 years 5.Patients with inflammatory bowel disease 6.Pregnant and lactating women 7.Patients with coronary heart disease, liver disease and kidney disease 8.People with shingles and HIV infection 9.Organ transplant recipients 10.History of malignancy within the last 5 years
