研究目的：

本研究聚焦如何减少女性HIV/AIDS人群感知歧视管理的关键性问题，基于现象学研究的个人深度访谈调查资料和专家论证形成女性HIV/AIDS人群感知歧视经历及应对经验相关的主题概念，以叙事传输理论和符号互动理论为指导框架，邀请女性HIV/AIDS志愿者围绕主题概念讲述感知歧视经历和应对经验，并将其录制成视频，在此基础上，构建基于移动网络的歧视干预项目，开发视频交互平台，在网络中实现同伴志愿者与患者的视频交互，并验证平台的可用性和干预的有效性。 具体目标如下： （1）对女性HIV/AIDS人群进行基于现象学研究的个人深度访谈，提取女性HIV/AIDS人群感知歧视经历及应对经验相关的主题概念，并进一步经过专家论证，形成视频拍摄的主题范畴； （2）基于主题范畴，完成同伴志愿者感知歧视经历和应对经验的叙事性视频录制； （3）开发女性HIV/AIDS感知歧视视频交互平台，并实现视频推荐及同伴志愿者和患者之间的互动，以构建基于移动网络的女性HIV/AIDS歧视干预项目； （4）评价基于移动网络的女性HIV/AIDS歧视干预项目的有效性和感知歧视视频交互平台的可用性。  

Objectives of Study：

This study focuses on the key issue of how to reduce the perceived discrimination management of the female HIV/AIDS population. Based on the personal in-depth interview survey data of the phenomenological study and the expert argumentation, we form the theme concepts related to the perceived discrimination experience and coping experience of the female HIV/AIDS population, and use the narrative transmission theory and the symbolic interaction theory as the guiding framework, and invite female HIV/AIDS volunteers to talk about their perceived discrimination experience and coping experience around the theme concepts, and record them into videos. Based on the concept, female HIV/AIDS volunteers will be invited to talk about their experiences of perceived discrimination and coping experiences and record them into videos. On this basis, we will build a discrimination intervention program based on the mobile network, develop a video interaction platform, realize the video interaction between peer volunteers and patients in the network, and verify the usability of the platform and the effectiveness of the intervention. The specific objectives are as follows: (1) Conduct in-depth personal interviews based on phenomenological research with the female HIV/AIDS population, extract thematic concepts related to the perceived discrimination experiences and coping experiences of the female HIV/AIDS population, and further form the thematic scope of video filming after expert validation; (2) Based on the thematic scope, complete the narrative video recording of peer volunteers' experiences of perceived discrimination and coping experiences; (3) Developing an interactive platform for women's HIV/AIDS perceived discrimination videos, and realizing video recommendation and interaction between peer volunteers and patients to build a mobile web-based women's HIV/AIDS discrimination intervention program; (4) Evaluate the effectiveness of the mobile web-based female HIV/AIDS discrimination intervention program and the usability of the perceived discrimination video interaction platform.

纳入标准：

(1)纳入标准:1)15~49岁的女性;2)明确诊断为HIV/AIDS患者;3)意识清楚,能用普通话表达与沟通;4)HIV内化歧视量表(IHSS)评分<40分;5)自愿签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Inclusion criteria: 1) females aged 18+ years old; 2) patients with a clear diagnosis of HIV/AIDS; 3) conscious and able to express and communicate in Putonghua; 4) HIV Internalized Harmonization Discrimination Scale (IHSS) score <40; 5) voluntarily signing an informed consent form.

排除标准：

排除有精神疾病者。

干预组患者入组后,研究者指导患者进行LNOB视频交互平台的用户注册,通过开启音像验证功能完成患者本人的音像录入。患者本人的音像将作为每次登录平台的验证密码。若登陆时音像与所录入的音像不符,将无法登录平台。登录成功进入平台后,音像录制功能持续开启,直至患者退出平台。进入平台首页后,研究者向患者讲解视频观看、视频评论与点赞、笔记分享、视频聊天、进展评估等功能的操作流程及注意事项。交互平台自动记录患者的注册信息(含人口统计学、社会经济学、疾病信息、歧视、自尊及应对自我效能等问卷资料)及天数,视频观看时长、进度、频次及观看时患者的音像信息,患者评论(视频观看前后),患者自己的问题及回答别人的答案(平台自动挑选出精华讨论),个人笔记分享频次、笔记内容、阅览人次等,并在注册后3个月、6个月推送填写问卷的提醒通知,患者填写完成后系统推送“问卷填写完成”的提醒通知给研究者。若患者没有按时完成问卷填写,则由研究者联系患者通过纸质问卷或电子问卷完成资料收集。患者在平台上的每一次交流互动(视频观看、点赞、评论、笔记分享、好友添加、视频聊天等)均被记录,以此来评估其活跃度。 干预的必选内容包括观看叙事视频、对视频观看感受进行一对一的质性访谈、小组讨论。 视频干预:为了保证干预剂量充足,干预前3个月平台每周推送视频观看提醒通知给患者,提醒患者每周至少观看一次视频。临近观看周期结束前1天,若患者仍没有完成视频观看,则由研究者通过微信或电话联系患者再次提醒观看。如果他们愿意,可以无限次观看,平台会自动记录他们的观看时间、观看进度和时长等信息。 一对一质性访谈:每次视频观看结束后,研究者收到平台提醒通知,在24小时内预约每位患者的时间,采用开放式访谈的形式进行一对一深度访谈。 小组讨论:当观看人数达到5-6人,便根据患者意愿组织小组讨论。 干预可选择的内容包括对视频点赞、讨论、分享视频笔记、干预3个月后患者根据意愿观看视频、研究者每天定时对患者提出的疑问给予及时解答与讨论。

After the patients in the intervention group were enrolled, the researcher instructed the patients to register for the LNOB video interactive platform, and to complete the recording of the patients' own audiovisuals by turning on the audiovisual verification function. The patient's own audio/video will be used as the password for each login. If the patient's audio-visual does not match with the recorded audio-visual, the patient will not be able to log in to the platform. After successfully logging in and entering the platform, the audio/video recording function will continue to be activated until the patient exits the platform. After entering the homepage of the platform, the researcher explained to the patient the operation procedures and precautions for video watching, video commenting and liking, note sharing, video chatting, and progress evaluation. The interactive platform automatically recorded patients' registration information (including demographics, socioeconomics, disease information, discrimination, self-esteem and coping self-efficacy questionnaires) and the number of days, video viewing time, progress, frequency, and audio-visual information of the patient during viewing, patient comments (before and after the video viewing), patient's own questions and answers to other people's answers (the platform automatically selects the highlights of the discussion), frequency of sharing personal notes, content of notes, and number of readers. We also push the reminder notification of completing the questionnaire 3 months and 6 months after registration, and the system pushes the reminder notification of "questionnaire completion" to the researcher after the patient completes the questionnaire. If the patient did not complete the questionnaire on time, the researcher contacted the patient to complete the data collection through paper or electronic questionnaires. Every communication and interaction (video watching, liking, commenting, note sharing, friend adding, video chatting, etc.) of patients on the platform was recorded to assess their activity level.
