研究目的：

本机构采用超声引导下神经阻滞及脉冲射频对各类肩痛进行治疗，本回顾性研究目的是评估其对肩痛的治疗效果及安全性,为肩部疼痛性疾病治疗探索新的和有效的治疗方法，并为制定肩痛治疗的合理科学的临床路径提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this retrospective study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of ultrasound-guided nerve block and pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of shoulder pain, to explore new and effective treatment methods for the treatment of shoulder pain, and to provide a basis for the development of reasonable and scientific clinical pathways for the treatment of shoulder pain.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①≥18周岁。
②2019年3月至2023年2月期间于浙江大学医学院附属邵逸夫医院就诊的肩痛（粘连性肩关节囊炎、肩袖损伤、盂肱关节骨关节炎、肩峰撞击综合征等）患者。

Inclusion criteria

1. >=18 years old. 2. Patients with shoulder pain (adhesive shoulder bursitis, rotator cuff injury, glenohumeral joint osteoarthritis, acromial impingment syndrome, etc.) admitted to Run Run Shaw Hospital Affiliated to Zhejiang University College of Medicine from March 2019 to February 2023.

排除标准：

①有其它慢性疼痛和精神疾病史。
②植入心脏起搏器及局麻药过敏史。
③严重肝肾功能不全，心肺功能差。
④全身或患侧肩部感染。
⑤血小板及凝血功能障碍。
⑥临床资料不完整者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of other chronic pain and mental illness. 2. Cardiac pacemaker implantation and local anesthetic allergy history. 3. Severe liver and kidney insufficiency, poor cardiopulmonary function. 4. Systemic or affected shoulder infection. 5. Platelet and coagulation dysfunction. 6. Incomplete clinical data.
