Objectives of Study：

To compare the effect of ultrasound-guided interscalene brachial plexus block versus axillary brachial plexus block on regional hemodynamic changes of upper extremity.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

择期行手部和前臂手术的患者,美国麻醉医师学会(ASA)分级Ⅰ或Ⅱ级。

Inclusion criteria

American Society of anesthesiologists (ASA) grade I or II for patients scheduled for hand and forearm surgery.

排除标准：

有神经阻滞禁忌症、心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、患侧上肢感觉障碍的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with contraindication of nerve block, cardiovascular disease, nervous system disease and sensory disturbance of affected upper limb.
