研究目的：

通过多普勒超声测量颈源性头晕患者双侧椎动脉、颈内动脉和颈外动脉的内径、收缩期和舒张期血流速度、阻力指数以及疗效量表评估，观察浮针对颈源性头晕患者颈部血流动力学和即刻疗效的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

The effect of Fu’s subcutaneous needling on cervical hemodynamics and immediate efficacy in patients with cervicogenic dizziness are assessed by systolic and diastolic flow velocity, resistance index of carotid and vertebral artery with doppler ultrasound measurement and evaluative scales.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄 18-60 岁，性别不限； （2）头晕症状与颈部疼痛密切相关； （3）有颈部损伤或颈部病变病史，如影像学提示颈椎异常改变：上颈椎后关节功能紊乱、颈椎生理曲线变直或反张、力线不正或退行性改变；或血管超声、MRA 显示椎动脉血流动力学异常改变； （4）自愿参加临床试验并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Age between 18-60 years old, male or female. (2)Dizziness associated with pain or stiffness of the neck. (3)Cervical trauma history and abnormal cervical structure: cervical spine joint dysfunction, degenerative change of cervical spine, or abnormal hemodynamic changes of vertebral or carotid artery shown by ultrasound or magnetic resonance angiography. (4)Participants who are voluntarily to take part in this study and sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

（1）其他原因导致的头晕，如良性阵发性位置性头晕、梅尼埃病、偏头痛性头晕、耳源性、脑源性、心源性头晕、血液成分异常引起的头晕、药物引起的头晕、精神性头晕（焦虑和/或恐慌障碍和/或恐惧症）等； （2）椎动脉或颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成； （3）同一超声探头在平下颌骨处，仍不能探查出颈内、外动脉分叉者； （4）肿瘤、结核、颈椎骨折及重度骨质疏松等相关疾病； （5）寰枢关节脱位，寰齿先天畸形，椎动脉先天畸形，脊柱内固定等； （6）严重心脑、肝、肾等器官及凝血系统功能障碍； （7）妊娠或哺乳期妇女； （8）精神心理疾病或认知功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Dizziness caused by other reasons, such as benign paroxysmal positional dizziness, Meniere's disease, migraine dizziness, otogenic, brain-derived, cardiogenic dizziness, dizziness caused by abnormal blood composition, drug-induced dizziness, mental dizziness (anxiety and / or panic disorder and / or phobia), etc; (2)Those with carotid or vertebral artery atherosclerosis plaque. (3)Those whose carotid artery bifurcation is above mandible which can’t be easily detected by ultrasound. (4)Cervical tumor or tuberculosis, cervical spine fracture or severe osteoporosis. (5)Atlantoaxial joint dislocation or congenital malformation, carotid and vertebral artery congenital malformation. (6)Those with serious dysfunction of cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, digestive, urinary and coagulation system; (7)The pregnant or lactating women. (8)Those with mental illness or cognitive impairment.
