研究目的：

ASD 是一个患儿数量逐年上升的群体，2021 年 12 月 3 日，美国疾病控制与预防中心(CDC)发布报告显示，根据2018年的统计数据分析，每44 名8岁儿童中就有一名被确认患有ASD（2.3%）。我国ASD总人数可能超过1000 万,12 岁以下有 200 万左右,且每年以 20 万的速度增加，大连地区ASD人数可能超过6万。据《中国孤独症家庭需求蓝皮书》调查，在 ASD 诊断初期 43.8%的家长完全不能接受这个现实，44%的家长不愿意让公众知道孩子得了自闭症；52.4%的家庭有一人放弃职业专门照看 ASD 孩子，家长中离婚比例为 16.9%。很多 ASD 患者需要长期的支持和帮助，其费用很高，但是据调查，47%的 ASD 家庭月收入在 3000 以下，受访家庭平均月康复教育费用 42%的家庭为 5000-8000 元/月，最高是 2.6 万元。为此，很多家长表现了急切和焦虑，甚至已经成为抑郁症和焦虑症的高危发病人群。长期以来学者普遍认为多数 ASD 患儿预后不良，需要终生干预，成年后多不具备独立生活、学习和工作能力，成为家庭和社会的沉重负担，因病因尚不明确，缺乏特效药物治疗，目前仍以行为治疗为主，虽有一定程度改善，但见效慢、时间长、花费大，共患病问题很难解决。但是令人振奋的是近年来越来越多研究发现，早发现、早诊断、早干预是改善 ASD 患儿的不良预后的行之有效的方法。尤其是尚处于脑发育黄金期的 7 岁以下学龄前期儿童意义更加重大。对于 ASD 儿童，益生菌治疗以其安全、稳定优势正逐渐成为医疗领域的新宠儿。相信随着益生菌在治疗自闭症方向上的深入研究，罗伊氏CICC6132作用机理及临床有效性将得到进一步证实，作为改善 ASD 预后，避免发展成残障人士或是有效减轻症状、改善生活质量的手段之一，为 ASD 治疗带来新思路。  

Objectives of Study：

ASD is a group of children increasing year by year. On December 3,2021, the US Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) released a report showing that according to 2018 statistics, one in 44 eight-year-old children was confirmed to have ASD (2.3%). The total number of ASD in China may exceed 10 million, 12, about 2 million under the age of age, and the annual rate of 200,000, the number of ASD in Dalian may exceed 60,000. According to the Blue Book on the Demand of Autism Families in China, 43.8 percent of parents completely rejected the reality of ASD diagnosis, and 44 percent of parents did not want to let the public know that their children had autism; 52.4 percent of families gave up their career to take care of ASD children, and 16.9 percent of parents were divorced. Many ASD patients need long-term support and help, the cost is very high, but according to the survey, 47% of ASD families monthly income is below 3000, the average monthly rehabilitation education cost of the surveyed families are 5000-8000 yuan monthly, the highest is 26,000 yuan. To this end, many parents show eagerness and anxiety, and even have become a high risk of depression and anxiety disorders. Scholars have long believed that most children with ASD poor prognosis, need lifelong intervention, adult do not have independent life, study and work ability, become a heavy burden of family and society, because the cause is not clear, the lack of specific drug treatment, is still given priority to with behavior treatment, although there is a certain degree of improvement, but the slow effect, long time, cost, co-morbid problem is difficult to solve. However, it is exciting that in recent years, more and more studies have found that early detection, early diagnosis and early intervention are effective methods to improve the poor prognosis of children with ASD. Especially in preschool children who are still in the golden stage of brain development. For children with ASD, probiotic therapy is gradually becoming the new favorite in the medical field with its safe and stable advantages. It is believed that with the in-depth research of probiotics in the treatment of autism, the action mechanism and clinical effectiveness of CICC6132 will be further confirmed. As one of the means to improve the prognosis of ASD, avoid the development of disabled people or effectively reduce symptoms and improve the quality of life, it will bring new ideas for the treatment of ASD.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合美国精神障碍诊断与统计手册（DSM-5）儿童孤独症诊断标准和中国精神疾病分类和诊断标准第2版(CCMD-2)孤独症的诊断标准；（2）儿童自闭症评定量表（Childhood autism rating scale，CARS）≥30分；（4）年龄2-6岁，性别不限；

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria for autism in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders (DSM-5) and the diagnostic criteria for Classification and Diagnosis of Mental Disorders (CCMD-2) version 2; (2) the Autism Rating Scale (Childhood autism rating scale, CARS) 30 points; (4) age 2-6 years, no gender limit;

排除标准：

（1）排除其它广泛发育障碍以及原因明确的与遗传有关的孤独症；（2）在入组前1个月内使用抗生素、益生菌或其他胃肠道治疗；（3）自闭症临床总体印象量表评分为缺少症状或轻微症状者；（4）有癫痫、ADHD等共病的患者；（5）任何妨碍临床研究主要负责人解释临床判断结果的行为等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Excluding other extensive developmental disorders and genetic autism with clear causes; (2) Using antibiotics, probiotics or other gastrointestinal treatment within 1 month prior to enrollment; (3) Autism clinical overall impression scale score as lack of symptoms or mild symptoms; (4) Patients with epilepsy, ADHD and other comorbidities; (5) Any behavior that prevents the principal interpretation of clinical judgment.
