研究目的：

①比较不同剂量的瑞马唑仑和丙泊酚对腹腔镜肝切除术后炎症反应指标的影响 ②探讨瑞马唑仑全身麻醉下腹腔镜肝切除术患者术后各炎症反应指标的关联。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To compare the effects of different doses of remazolam and propofol on inflammatory response indexes after laparoscopic hepatectomy (2) To investigate the association of postoperative inflammatory response indexes in patients undergoing laparoscopic hepatectomy under remazolam under general anesthesia.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①本院择期静吸复合全身麻醉下行肝切除术患者； ②年龄：18-65岁； ③BMI：18-24kg/m2； ④签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Patients undergoing hepatectomy under elective intravenous combined with general anesthesia; (2) Age: 18-65 years old; (3)BMI:18-24kg/m2; (4) Sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

①严重肝肾功能失代偿患者； ②精神病、严重神经官能症不能配合的患者 ③神经肌肉系统疾病的患者； ④严重心脑血管疾病患者； ⑤合并其他恶性肿瘤有转移的患者或有严重癌性疼痛的患者 ⑥妊娠期或哺乳期妇女 ⑦对本试验任一药物过敏的患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with severe liver and kidney function decompensation; (2) Patients with psychosis and severe neurosis who cannot cooperate (3) Patients with neuromuscular system diseases; (4) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (5) Patients with metastasis or severe cancer pain combined with other malignant tumors (6) Pregnant or lactating women (7) Patients who are allergic to any of the drugs in this trial
