研究目的：

（1）通过益气养阴祛瘀法治疗SS的前瞻性队列研究，系统评价中医治疗SS的疗效和优势，优化中医辨证论治SS的诊疗方案，并建立体现中医特色的疗效评价指标体系。 （2）开展多中心循证医学研究（队列研究），形成针对SS长期随访观察和远期疗效评价的模式，制定中西医结合优势互补的SS诊疗方案。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To systematically evaluate the efficacy and advantages of TCM in the treatment of SS through a prospective cohort study on the treatment of SS by the method of Yiqi Yangyin Quyu to eliminate stasis, optimize the treatment plan of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of SS, and establish an efficacy evaluation index system reflecting the characteristics of TCM. (2) To conduct a multicenter evidence-based medical study (cohort study) to develop a model for long-term follow-up observation and long-term efficacy evaluation of SS, and to develop a treatment plan for SS with complementary advantages of combining Chinese and Western medicine.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合干燥综合征西医诊断标准者。
（2）符合中医诊断标准者。
（3）年龄≥18岁且≤75岁。
（4）知情同意者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Western medicine for dry syndrome. (2) Those who meet the diagnostic criteria of Chinese medicine. (3) Age >= 18 years and <= 75 years. (4) Those who give informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）重度心肺功能不全者。
（2）患有肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病者。
（3）妊娠或哺乳期妇女及精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those with severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency.
(2) Those with serious primary diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic system.
(3) Pregnant or lactating women and psychiatric patients.
