研究目的：

研究新生儿臂丛神经损伤的临床特征以及应用注射用鼠神经生长因子改善其功能的疗效和安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To study the clinical characteristics and the efficacy and safety of mouse nerve growth factor Injection in neonatal brachial plexus palsy.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合新生儿臂丛神经损伤的诊断标准；
（2）年龄≤24个月；
（3）参加本研究前半年未使用过鼠神经生长因子和其他营养神经的药物；
（4）家长同意参加本研究并签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the diagnostic criteria of neonatal brachial plexus palsy;
(2) Age ≤24 months;
(3) no mouse nerve growth factor or other neurotrophic drugs were used in the first six months of the study;
(4) Parents agree to participate in the study and sign the informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）双侧臂丛神经损伤；
（2）Narakas IV 级患者；
（3）锁骨或上肢关节脱位/骨折未治愈；
（4）患有心血管、呼吸、精神及癫病、脑瘫、血液系统等与臂丛神经损伤不相关的其他神经系统疾病或慢性病；合并先天性脏器功能严重不全者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Bilateral brachial plexus palsy;
(2) Narakas IV;
(3) The dislocation/fracture of the clavicle or upper limb joint is not cured;
(4) suffering from cardiovascular, respiratory, psychiatric, epilepsy, cerebral palsy, hematology and other neurological diseases or chronic diseases unrelated to brachial plexus palsy; Concomitant congenital severe organ insufficiency.
