评价基于“护肾延衰”理念指导下的中西医结合方案对围透析期患者肾功能进程的影响；明确中西医结合方案对围透析期患者营养状况、生存质量的影响；观察中西医结合方案对透析后患者心脑血管事件发生率的影响；建立围透析期的中西医结合防治体系，在省内推广  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effects of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on renal function progression in peridialysis patients under the guidance of the concept of "protecting kidney extension failure". To clarify the influence of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine on nutritional status and quality of life of peridialysis patients; To observe the effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine on the incidence of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular events in patients after dialysis. Establish a prevention and treatment system of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in peridialysis period and popularize it in the province

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）符合CKD分期诊断标准，且为慢性肾脏病围透析期患者；
（2）年龄18～80周岁；
（3）签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1)Patients who meet the diagnostic criteria for CKD staging and are in the peridialysis phase of chronic kidney disease
(2) Aged 18-80;
(3) Signed the informed consent voluntarily.

排除标准：

（1）妊娠或准备妊娠、哺乳期的妇女；
（2）活动期恶性肿瘤、肝硬化失代偿期或造血系统等严重原发性疾病、精神病患者

Exclusion criteria：

(1) women who are pregnant or preparing for pregnancy or breastfeeding;
(2) Active stage malignant tumor, cirrhosis decompensated stage or hematopoietic system and other serious primary diseases, psychiatric patients
