研究目的：

通过研究PNI及其与心脏手术患者近远期预后的关系及其潜在影响因素，为验证和应用简易临床指标来评估和预警心脏手术患者围术期营养和免疫状况提供理论依据和数据支持，帮助临床医生早期识别和干预重点人群，提高患者术后生存率，改善患者预后。  

Objectives of Study：

By studying the relationship between Prognostic Nutritional Index (PNI) and the short- and long-term prognosis of cardiac surgery patients, along with its potential influencing factors, this research aims to provide theoretical basis and data support for validating and applying simple clinical indicators to assess and alert the perioperative nutrition and immune status of cardiac surgery patients. It aims to assist clinicians in early identification and intervention of high-risk individuals, thereby improving patients' postoperative survival rate and enhancing patient prognosis.

纳入标准：

本院心脏手术患者，且具备术前和术后淋巴细胞计数以及血清白蛋白浓度检测结果，进行回顾性患者资料登记和术后死亡情况记录。

Inclusion criteria

Patients undergoing cardiac surgery in our hospital who have available preoperative and postoperative lymphocyte counts and serum albumin concentration test results. The study will involve retrospective patient data registration and recording of postoperative mortality.

排除标准：

临床资料缺失的患者；不符合此研究手术类型的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with missing clinical data and patients who do not meet the criteria for this specific surgical study.
