研究目的：

1.明确国内后循环系统大血管闭塞性卒中形成的流行病学、危险因素、病因学、治疗方式及治疗效果。 2.观察后循环系统大血管闭塞性卒中短期和长期功能预后并尝试探寻相关影响因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1.To clarify the epidemiology, risk factors, etiology, treatment methods and therapeutic effects of large vascular occlusive stroke of the posterior circulatory system in China. 2.To observe the short-term and long-term functional prognosis of posterior circulatory large vessel occlusive stroke and explore the related influencing factors.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.年龄大于18 2.入院时头颅影像学证实为急性缺血性卒中并且血管学检查提示存在与临床症状相对应的椎动脉、基底动脉及大脑后动脉闭塞。 3.自症状加重（出现肢体瘫痪或意识状态改变）至就诊时间小于8小时，或超过8小时经功能影像学评估存在临床-影像不匹配。 4.发病前mRS评分小于等于2分。

Inclusion criteria

1.Age over 18. 2.Upon admission, head imaging confirmed acute ischemic stroke and angiography indicated vertebral artery, basilar artery, and posterior cerebral artery occlusion corresponding to clinical symptoms. 3.From the time of symptom exacerbation (limb paralysis or altered state of consciousness) to the time of visit less than 8 hours, or more than 8 hours after functional imaging assessment of a clinical-image mismatch. 4.The pre-onset mRS Score was less than or equal to 2 points.

排除标准：

1.排除因各种原因导致动脉穿刺无法成功，手术无法进行。

Exclusion criteria：

1.It was ruled out that the arterial puncture could not be successful for various reasons, and the operation could not be carried out.
