研究目的：

（1）构建老年人认知症健康素养干预方案。 （2）评价老年人认知症健康素养干预方案实施效果。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To develop a dementia literacy intervention programme for community-dwelling older adults. (2) To evaluate the effectiveness of a dementia literacy intervention programme for community-dwelling older adults.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄≥60岁； （2）在该社区稳定居住3个月以上； （3）每半个月有1小时能参与本项目活动； （4）没有沟通和行动障碍，能配合完成此研究 （5）经知情同意，愿意参加本次调査者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aged ≥ 60 years; (2) Stable residence in the community for more than 3 months; (3) Being able to participate in the activities of this project for 1 hour every half month; (4) Have no communication or mobility problems and are able to co-operate with the study. (5) Willing to participate in the survey with informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）已被确诊为认知症患者； （2）患有严重精神类疾病或被确诊为重度抑郁症者； （3）短期内有急性心、脑血管疾病史者； （4）没有手机等通讯设备，不会使用微信。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who have been diagnosed with dementia. (2) Those who suffer from severe mental illness or have been diagnosed with severe depression; (3) Those with a short-term history of acute cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease; (4) Those who do not have communication devices such as mobile phones and do not know how to use WeChat.
