研究目的：

应用临床营养信息化智能化管理系统，进行营养筛查、营养不良诊断，提供医学营养治疗方案，以期提高医疗质量和效率及临床结局  

Objectives of Study：

The clinical nutrition information and intelligent management system was applied to conduct nutrition screening, malnutrition diagnosis, and provide medical nutrition treatment programs, so as to improve medical quality, efficiency and clinical outcome

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1) 年龄≥60岁，拟接受手术治疗的老年外科住院患者，性别不限；(2)顺应性良好，愿意签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Elderly surgical inpatients aged ≥60 years who were to receive surgical treatment, regardless of gender; (2) Good compliance, willing to sign informed consent.

排除标准：

(1)合并严重抑郁、精神分裂等精神疾病；(2)严重心肝肾等器官功能障碍；(3)严重认知功能障碍不能配合干预；(4)拒绝参与或拒绝签署知情同意；(5)不适合参加试验的其他原因。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) severe depression, schizophrenia and other mental diseases; (2) serious dysfunction of heart, liver, kidney and other organs; (3) severe cognitive dysfunction can not cooperate with intervention; (4) Refuse to participate in or sign the informed consent; (5) Other reasons not suitable for participating in the test.
