研究目的：

（1）基于保护动机理论构建老年髋部骨折患者功能锻炼健康教育干预方案。 （2）运用Teach-back法，验证健康教育干预方案对老年髋部骨折患者功能锻炼依从性、健康素养水平、髋关节功能水平、自理能力的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) To construct a functional exercise health education intervention program for elderly hip fracture patients based on the theory of protective motivation. (2) Using the Teach-back method, the effects of the health education intervention program on the functional exercise compliance, health literacy level, hip function level and self-care ability of elderly hip fracture patients were verified.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）年龄60～79岁； （2）影像学检查确诊为髋部骨折； （3）骨折前有行走能力； （4）无认知障碍、无视听障碍，沟通能力正常。 （5）知情同意，自愿参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Age 60 to 79 years; (2) Diagnosis of hip fracture confirmed by imaging; (3) Ability to walk before the fracture; (4) No cognitive impairment, no audiovisual impairment, and normal communication skills. (5) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

排除标准：

（1）术后出现严重并发症； （2）伴严重急慢性病病史，如严重心、肺、肾衰竭等； （3）既往存在血栓病史。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Serious postoperative complications; (2) With a history of serious acute and chronic disease, such as severe heart, lung, or kidney failure; (3) Previous history of thrombosis.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

采用便利抽样法，将符合条件的68例老年髋部骨折患者纳入研究，每组各34例。为避免样本沾染，将骨一病区设为干预组，骨二病区设为对照组。干预组结合老年髋部骨折患者功能锻炼依从性的干预方案应用Teach-back法进行健康教育，对照组应用常规健康教育方法。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

A convenience sampling method was used to include 68 eligible elderly patients with hip fractures in the study, with 34 cases in each group. To avoid sample contamination, orthopedic ward 1 was set up as the intervention group, and orthopedic ward 2 was set up as the control group. The intervention group applied the Teach-back method for health education in combination with the intervention program for functional exercise compliance in elderly hip fracture patients, and the control group applied conventional health education methods.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据采集：研究者本人进行问卷的发放和收集工作，对患者使用统一指导语进行解释，回收问卷时检查有无漏项或不合理之处，及时与患者确认。患者出院后的资料使用微信视频或电话交流的方式进行收集。 数据管理：收集的资料用Excel双人录入并建立数据库，对数据进行逻辑检验，错误之处通过查找原始资料予以校正。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Data collection: The investigator personally conducted the distribution and collection of questionnaires, explained to patients using a uniform instructional language, checked for any missing items or unreasonable points when collecting the questionnaires, and confirmed with patients in a timely manner. The data were collected after the patients were discharged from the hospital using WeChat video or telephone communication. Data management: The collected data were entered in pairs using Excel and a database was established, the data were logically checked, and errors were corrected by searching the original data.
