研究目的：

本课题拟研究膝骨关节炎患者不同的中医证型和膝关节不同病理改变的相关性。找出膝骨关节炎5种中医证型膝关节出现频率较高的病理改变，统计5组不同中医证型之间的膝关节高频病理改变是否存在差异性。  

Objectives of Study：

This project aims to study the correlation between different TCM symptom types and different pathological changes of the knee joint in patients with knee osteoarthritis. The pathological changes with high frequency of knee joints in the five TCM types of knee osteoarthritis were identified, and the statistics were whether there were differences in high-frequency pathological changes of the knee joints between the five groups of different TCM types.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合上述膝骨关节炎西医诊断标准；② 由人工智能仪器舌面脉信息采集体质辨识系统识别，并由两名高级职称医师确认符合上述中医诊断标准分型；③年龄50-80岁，性别不限，无膝关节外伤史、手术史者；④能配合完成四诊合参及磁共振检查者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Meet the above Western medical diagnostic criteria for knee osteoarthritis; (2) Identified by the artificial intelligence instrument tongue-facial pulse information collection physique identification system, and confirmed by two senior professional title physicians to meet the above TCM diagnostic criteria; (3) Age 50-80 years old, gender is not limited, no history of knee joint trauma or surgery; (4) Those who can cooperate with the completion of four-diagnosis and magnetic resonance examination.

排除标准：

①入选后受试者依从性差，未能完成舌面脉信息采集体质辨识检查者；②入选后受试者依从性差，未能完成MRI检查者。③患者存在膝骨关节炎兼杂证型者。④患者合并严重心脑肝肾及精神疾病等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) After being selected, the subjects had poor compliance and failed to complete the physical constitution identification examination of tongue-facial pulse information collection; (2) Those who had poor compliance and failed to complete MRI examination after enrollment. (3) The patient has knee osteoarthritis and miscellaneous type. (4) Patients with severe cardio-brain, liver, kidney and psychiatric diseases.
