研究目的：

应用老年营养风险指数（GNRI）对康复科住院的脑卒中病人进行营养筛查和评价，同时以GNRI评分对其神经功能恢复情况进行有效预测，所获结果以期有助于早期预警脑卒中不良结局及其程度，加强对脑卒中康复期患者营养状态的全面了解并尽早介入相应的营养干预手段，为制定对应的康复治疗和训练策略，促进患者的康复和预后创造条件。  

Objectives of Study：

Application of geriatric nutritional risk index(GNRI) for patients with stroke admitted to rehabilitation department for nutrition screening and evaluation, and using GNRI score to predicting their neurological recovery, which would help for early warning of adverse outcomes for stroke, strengthen the comprehensive knowing for nutrition status with early intervention, and develop corresponding rehabilitation treatment and training strategy.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）脑卒中康复期病人（发病≥2周且＜6月）；（2）年龄＞50岁。

Inclusion criteria

(1)patients with stroke at the convalescence stage (onset between 2 weeks and 6 months); (2) age> 50 years.

排除标准：

（1）脑卒中急性期（发病＜2周）；（2）不配合接受常规生化抽血化验者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Acute phase of stroke (onset <2 weeks); (2) those who do not cooperate with routine biochemical blood tests.
