研究目的：

1. 获取不同年龄段异常足弓人群平地、上梯及下梯行走的足踝运动与足底压力特征，为临床步态分析实践及研究提供决策依据。 2. 为为研发高精度足底压力分布测量鞋垫提供数据支撑和验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To obtain the ankle motion and plantar pressure characteristics of people with abnormal arches at different ages walking on flat ground, up and down stairs, so as to provide decision-making basis for clinical gait analysis practice and research. 2. To provide data support and verification for the development of high-precision plantar pressure distribution measurement insole.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① 年龄 6-60 周岁。 ② 能自然行走，各关节活动正常。 ③ 异常足弓（X线测量为高足弓或低足弓）。 ④ 整体认知功能正常。 ⑤ 自愿参加本次测试并签署知情同意书者。

Inclusion criteria

① Age 6-60 years old. ② The patient could walk naturally with normal joint movements. ③ Abnormal foot arch (high or low foot arch measured by X-ray). ④ The overall cognitive function was normal. ⑤ those who voluntarily participated in the test and signed the informed consent form.

排除标准：

① 因肌肉骨骼疾病、心脑血管疾病等因素引起病理步态者。 ② 心理和精神异常者。 ③ 孕期及哺乳期妇女。 ④ 体重指数小于18.5或大于等于24者。 ⑤双下肢长度之差大于2cm者。

Exclusion criteria：

① Pathological gait caused by musculoskeletal diseases, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and other factors. ② psychological and mental disorders. ③ Pregnant and lactating women. ④ Body mass index less than 18.5 or greater than or equal to 24. ⑤ the difference between the length of the lower limbs is more than 2cm.
