研究目的：

①探讨CA50、CA19-9、AFP、CEA等肿瘤标志物在胆道恶性肿瘤中的表达水平，并建立临床诊断模型，确定其灵敏度、特异度。②探讨CA50、CA19-9、AFP、CEA等肿瘤标志物在胆道恶性肿瘤、肝细胞癌、混合细胞癌中的表达水平差异，并联合几种肿瘤标志物构建临床诊断模型。③探讨CA50、CA19-9、AFP、CEA等肿瘤标志物在胆道恶性肿瘤的不同位置（肝内胆管细胞癌、肝门部胆管细胞癌、远端胆管癌、胆囊癌、Vater壶腹癌）中的表达差异。⑤探讨肿瘤标志物表达水平与病理分型以及病理分化程度之间关系  

Objectives of Study：

① To investigate the expression levels of tumor markers such as CA50, CA19-9, AFP and CEA in biliary malignancies, and establish clinical diagnostic models to determine their sensitivity and specificity. ② To investigate the differences in the expression levels of tumor markers such as CA50, CA19-9, AFP and CEA in biliary malignancy, hepatocellular carcinoma and mixed cell carcinoma, and to construct clinical diagnosis models combined with several tumor markers. ③ To investigate the expression differences of tumor markers such as CA50, CA19-9, AFP and CEA in different locations of biliary malignancies (intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma, hilar cholangiocarcinoma, distal cholangiocarcinoma, gallbladder carcinoma and Vater ampullar carcinoma). (5) To explore the relationship between the expression level of tumor markers and pathological classification and degree of pathological differentiation

纳入标准：

①肿瘤患者的病理诊断为胆道恶性肿瘤、肝细胞癌或混合细胞癌 ②术前进行肿瘤标志物AFP,CA19-9,CEA,CA50等检查 ③术前影像学检查确定肿瘤位置 ④临床资料完整

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients of BTC, HCC, CHC were defined by histopathology; (2) patients receiving AFP, CA19-9, CEA, CA50 examinations; (3) patients receiving imaging examinations; (4) complete clinical data.

排除标准：

①影像学显示肿瘤有远处转移 ②肿瘤标志物检查资料缺失值较多 ③临床资料缺乏

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria: (1) tumors that invade other sites or have distant metastases, such as lung cancer or bowel cancer; (2) Lack of tumor marker or imaging tests; (3) missing clinical data.
