研究目的：

2019年12月以来，湖北省武汉市陆续发现了多例新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎患者，现已将该病纳入《中华人民共和国传染病防治法》规定的乙类传染病，并采取甲类传染病的预防、控制措施。目前无针对性的治疗药物。近期通辽市1例新型冠状病毒肺炎患者基础治疗加载蒙医用药4天，患者发热、干咳、胸闷等症状消失，无任何不适感，影像学炎症表现基本吸收，血常规正常。本项目开展清瘟十二味丸治疗“新型冠状病毒肺炎” 临床疗效研究，为蒙药清瘟十二味丸治疗“新型冠状病毒肺炎”提供依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Since December 2019, novel coronavirus infected patients with pneumonia have been found in Wuhan, Hubei province. The disease has been included in class B infectious diseases stipulated in the People's Republic of China infectious disease prevention act, and preventive and control measures for class A infectious diseases have been taken. At present, there is no targeted treatment drugs. Recently, 1 novel coronavirus pneumonia patients in Tongliao were treated with basic medicine for 4 days. The symptoms of fever, dry cough, chest tightness disappeared, and there was no discomfort. The imaging findings of inflammation were basically absorbed and blood routine was normal. Novel coronavirus pneumonia novel coronavirus pneumonia was treated by Qingwen twelve flavor pills, and it provided the basis for treating "new coronavirus pneumonia" with Mongolian medicine Qingwen twelve flavor pills.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

（1）根据《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第五版）》诊断为新型冠状病毒肺炎的患者；
（2）根据蒙医“粘疫病”中的“侵肺症”诊断标准，诊断为蒙医“粘疫”急性热症的患者；
（3）呼吸道标本或血液标本实时荧光 RT-PCR 检测新型冠 状病毒核酸阳性；
（4）18 岁≤年龄≤70 岁； 是口否口 （5）受试者知情同意，签署知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

(1) novel coronavirus pneumonia novel coronavirus pneumonia is diagnosed according to the new pneumonia diagnosis and treatment plan (trial version fifth). (2) According to the diagnostic standard of "lung invasion" in Mongolian medicine "myxosis", the patients were diagnosed as Mongolian medicine "myxosis" acute fever; (3) RT-PCR was used to detect the new coronavirus in respiratory or blood samples; (4) 18 years old ≤ age ≤ 70 years old; yes or no (5) subjects' informed consent and signing informed consent.

排除标准：

（1）排除其他病毒性肺炎（流感病毒副流感病毒腺病毒呼吸道合胞病 毒鼻病毒人偏肺病 毒SARS 冠状病毒）;
（2）严重的精神疾病或有抑郁障碍病史;
（3）疑似对以下任一物质过敏或者具有应用以下任一物质的禁忌症包括试验药物和急救药物的 活性成分以及试验药物或急救药物中所含的其他成分;
（4）妊娠哺乳期妇女计划怀孕或不能采用可靠的避孕措施者;
（5）罹患任何有可能干扰试验程序或者试验评估的伴随疾病或其他研究者认为不适合入选本试验的情况.

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Other viral pneumonia (influenza virus parainfluenza virus adenovirus respiratory syncytial virus rhinovirus human metapneumovirus SARS Coronavirus) was excluded; (2) Serious mental illness or history of depression; (3) Suspected allergy to any of the following substances or contraindications for the application of any of the following substances include the active ingredients of the test drug and emergency medicine and other ingredients contained in the test drug or emergency medicine; (4) Pregnant and lactating women who plan to be pregnant or cannot use reliable contraceptive measures; (5) Any concomitant disease that may interfere with the procedure or evaluation of the trial or other conditions that the investigator considers unsuitable for inclusion in the trial
