研究目的：

1.调查接受全身麻醉婴幼儿术中低体温的现状； 2.探讨接受全身麻醉婴幼儿术中低体温的影响因素； 3.构建基于列线图模型的接受全身麻醉婴幼儿术中低体温风险预测模型，并对模型进行验证。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Investigate the current status of intraoperative hypothermia in infants and young children undergoing general anesthesia. 2. Explore the influencing factors of intraoperative hypothermia in infants and young children undergoing general anesthesia. 3. Develop a risk prediction model for intraoperative hypothermia in infants and young children undergoing general anesthesia based on bar graph modeling and validate the model.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

在新生儿期（出生~28天）、婴儿期（29天~1岁）和幼儿期（1岁1天~3岁）接受全身麻醉进行外科手术的婴幼儿

Inclusion criteria

Infants and young children undergoing general anesthesia for surgical procedures during the neonatal period (birth to 28 days), infancy (29 days to 1 year), and toddlerhood (1 year 1 day to 3 years)

排除标准：

严重窒息或呼吸衰竭综合征、严重先天性心脏病、严重肝肾疾病、遗传代谢性疾病、中枢神经发育不良、缺氧缺血性脑病或严重颅内出血

Exclusion criteria：

Infants and young children with severe asphyxia or respiratory distress syndrome, severe congenital heart disease, severe liver or kidney disease, genetic metabolic disorders, central nervous system developmental abnormalities, hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, or severe intracranial hemorrhage will be excluded
