研究目的：

对弹力护具保护下的PNF治疗技术针对农村基层医院脊髓损伤患者的临床应用疗效观察，探讨其对患者运动功能恢复程度的近期及远期改善情况，同时观察其不良反应发生情况。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the clinical efficacy of PNF treatment technology under the protection of elastic protective gear for spinal cord injury patients in rural primary hospitals, explore the short-term and long-term improvement of the motor function recovery degree of patients, and observe the occurrence of adverse reactions.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1.满足脊髓损伤分级标准，所有患者均为完全性SCI(A)级； 2.双下肢肌张力≥2级； 3.无明显呼吸及心血管系统并发症； 4.脊柱稳定性良好； 5.自愿参加本研究，并同意签写知情同意书。

Inclusion criteria

1. The grading criteria for spinal cord injury were met, and all patients were in grade A of complete SCI; 2. Muscle tone of both lower limbs ≥2 level; 3. No significant respiratory and cardiovascular complications; 4. Good spinal stability; 5. Voluntarily participate in this study and agree to sign the informed consent form.

排除标准：

1.严重精神障碍、认知功能障碍、意识不清、言语功能障碍者； 2.有严重也肺或肝肾等多脏器疾病，合并生命体征不稳定者； 3.对器具治疗不能耐受患者； 4.因各种原因不接受随访者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe mental disorder, cognitive dysfunction, confusion, speech dysfunction; 2. Patients with severe diseases of multiple organs such as lung, liver and kidney, combined with unstable vital signs; 3. Patients who cannot tolerate appliance treatment; 4. Not accepting interviewers for various reasons.

进行弹力护具保护训练干预。康复训练主要包括关节活动范围练习、力量性训练、坐位平衡训练、转移训练、站立训练以及牵张训练等。训练1次/天，每次30min。4周为1个访视疗程，总体进行3个访视疗程。
