研究目的：

本研究拟通过CGM与SMBG同时计算T1DM患儿的TIR，比较两种方式所得TIR的一致性，筛选优化SMBG测量的时间方案，收集患儿TIR数据及血糖波动指标，分析SMBG优化方案所得TIR是否可用于糖尿病血管并发症早期预警  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the TIR of T1DM children was calculated by CGM and SMBG at the same time, the consistency of TIR obtained by the two methods was compared, the time scheme of SMBG measurement was screened and optimized, the TIR data and blood glucose fluctuation indicators of T1DM children were collected, and whether TIR obtained by SMBG optimization scheme could be used for early warning of diabetic vascular complications was analyzed.

纳入标准：

纳入标准：（1）符合《中国 1 型糖尿病诊治指南（2020 版）》【中国儿童1型糖尿病标准化诊断与治疗专家共识(2020 版).中华儿科杂志,2020,58(6):447-454.】诊断标准的患者；（2）年龄＜18岁；（3）知情同意参与本研究。

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) in line with the "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in China (2020 Edition)" [Expert Consensus on Standardized Diagnosis and Treatment of Type 1 Diabetes in Children in China (2020 Edition). Chinese Journal of Pediatrics, 2020, 58 (6): 447-454.] Patients with diagnostic criteria; (2) age < 18 years; (3) informed consent to participate in the study.

排除标准：

（1）2型糖尿病或其他类型糖尿病的患者；（2）合并糖尿病急性并发症患者：糖尿病酮症酸中毒、乳酸酸中毒、高血糖高渗状态者及低血糖（反复低血糖、严重低血糖）等情况者；（3）合并有严重的心、肝、肾、免疫系统等疾病；（4）有严重的认知障碍或精神/心理疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus or other types of diabetes mellitus; (2) Patients with acute complications of diabetes mellitus: diabetic ketoacidosis, lactic acidosis, hyperglycemic hyperosmolar state and hypoglycemia (repeated hypoglycemia, severe hypoglycemia); (3) Patients with severe heart, liver, kidney and immune system diseases; (4) Severe cognitive impairment or mental/psychological illness.
