研究目的：

探讨可吸收皮钉在巨乳缩小术中切口缝合的有效性、安全性及美观性，为进一步推广可吸收皮钉在亚洲人群巨乳缩小术中的应用提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To compare the outcome of efficiency, safety, patient and surgeon satisfaction of absorbable subcuticular staples versus subcuticular suture for mammaplasty skin closure.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-60岁之间；
2. 术前双侧乳房大小及形态基本对称；
3. 明确诊断为乳房肥大症，表现为乳房过度发育使乳房体积过度增大，常伴有肩背部酸痛、平卧时呼吸窘迫、乳房与胸部湿疹皮炎，降低生活质量，严重影响女性的曲线美及生活质量，给患者带来躯体和精神上的痛苦；
4. 双侧乳房拟行术式相同；
5. 病人或家属能够理解研究方案并愿意参与本研究，提供书面知情同意。

Inclusion criteria

1. Between 18 and 60 years old;
2. The size and shape of both breasts are basically symmetrical before operation;
3. A definite diagnosis of breast hypertrophy, which is manifested by excessive breast development and excessive breast volume, is often accompanied by shoulder and back pain, respiratory distress when lying flat, breast and chest eczema and dermatitis, which reduces the quality of life and seriously affects the beauty of women's curves and quality of life, causing physical and mental pain to patients;
4. Both breasts are to be operated in the same way;
5. Patients or family members can understand the research protocol and are willing to participate in this study, and provide written informed consent.

排除标准：

1. 存在可能影响伤口愈合的慢性病，如糖尿病、慢性肾病、恶性肿瘤和严重营养不良；
2. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女(育龄期女性基线时妊娠试验阳性或未接受妊娠试验，绝经后女性必须是至少绝经12个月者)；
3. 不能坚持术后1年随访；
4. 既往瘢痕疙瘩或瘢痕增生史；
5. 单侧或非对称巨乳缩小术（非对称定义为两侧伤口相差大于5cm）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There are chronic diseases that may affect wound healing, such as diabetes, chronic kidney disease, malignant tumors and severe malnutrition;
2. Pregnant or breastfeeding women (women of childbearing age have a positive pregnancy test at baseline or have not received a pregnancy test, and postmenopausal women must be at least 12 months old);
3. Unable to adhere to the 1-year follow-up after surgery;
4. Previous history of keloid or scar hyperplasia;
5. Unilateral or asymmetric breast reduction surgery (asymmetry is defined as the difference between the wounds on both sides is greater than 5 cm).

盲法：

1) POSAS评分主要由患者本人和另外两位外科医生参与测评，数据处理员及主刀医生全程不参与拆线、换药及测评。 2) 两侧乳房皮下层分别使用可吸收皮钉及蝶形缝合后，伤口均可表现为山脊样突起，再用4-0单丝尼龙线缝合表皮，伤口表面贴3M免缝胶布，拆线前后均不能从外观上分辨两侧缝合方法。 3) 患者及医生在测评时均未被告知两侧缝合方法。

Blinding：

1) The POSAS score is mainly evaluated by the patientand two other surgeons. The data processor and the surgeon in charge do not participate in the whole process of suture removal, dressing change and evaluation. 2) The appearance of the wound can be distinguished by using nylon 0-3m suture on both sides of the wound, and the appearance of the lower skin can not be removed from the surface of the wound. After the suture, the skin can be removed by using nylon 0-3m suture on both sides of the wound. 3) Both patients and doctors were not informed of the suture method on both sides during the evaluation.

研究者根据受试者原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确录入随访观察列表，录入采用双人单机二次核对录入。电子数据文件分裂保存，存储备份，防止丢失。
