研究目的：

(一）通过观察性研究探索腰丛阻滞对IVC及IVCCI的影响，评估IVCCI预测老年髋全麻诱导后低血压的可靠性； （二）通过随机对照双盲研究将髂筋膜阻滞与腰丛阻滞后全麻诱导后低血压的发生率进行对比，采用多元logistic回归分析探究腰丛阻滞是否为老年患者全麻诱导后低血压的独立危险因素。为临床老年髋置换术全麻诱导后低血压的预测和治疗提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

(1) Exploring the effects of lumbar plexus block on IVC and IVCCI through an observational study, and evaluating the reliability of IVCCI in predicting hypotension after induction of hip general anesthesia in the elderly; (2) A randomized controlled double-blind study was conducted to compare the incidence of hypotension after general anesthesia induction between iliac fascia block and lumbar plexus block. Multiple logistic regression analysis was used to investigate whether lumbar plexus block is an independent risk factor for hypotension after general anesthesia induction in elderly patients. To provide theoretical basis for the prediction and treatment of hypotension after induction of general anesthesia in clinical elderly hip replacement surgery.

纳入标准：

①ASA Ⅰ-Ⅲ级 ②年龄＞65岁 ③术前禁食水时间8h

Inclusion criteria

(1) ASA I.-III. class (2) Age> 65 years old (3) Preoperative fasting time for 8h

排除标准：

①术前应用利尿剂 ②严重出凝血障碍 ③阻滞部位感染、糖尿病或周围神经病变、患肢神经功能障碍 ④心衰 ⑤严重的心律失常 ⑥肺动脉高压 ⑦肺气肿 ⑧心包积液 ⑨精神障碍和沟通困难

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Preoperative application of diuretics (2) Severe coagulation disorders (3) Blockade site infection, diabetes or peripheral neuropathy, and nerve dysfunction of the affected limb (4) Heart failure (5) Severe arrhythmia (6) Pulmonary hypertension (7) Emphysema (8) Pericardial effusion (9) Mental disorders and communication difficulties
