研究目的：

本研究拟纳入新型冠状病毒肺炎ARDS患者，并将其随机区分为两组：ECMO组和常规治疗组，以观测ECMO是否可以改善此类患者的结局。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to randomly divide patients with ARDS due to novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID-19) into two groups: the ECMO group and the conventional treatment group,observe whether ECMO can improve the outcome of such patients.

纳入标准：

1.经核酸检测确诊2019新型冠状病毒肺炎
2.符合重度ARDS柏林标准

Inclusion criteria

1.Patients who were diagnosed as COVID-19 by nucleic acid test
2.Severe ARDS patients according to the Berlin definition

排除标准：

1)年龄<14岁。
2)伴有其他严重的脏器功能不全（包括严重肝、肾功能不全、上消化道大出血、DIC等）

Exclusion criteria：

1. Age<14 years.
2. Accompanied by other serious organ dysfunction (including severe liver and kidney dysfunction, upper gastrointestinal bleeding, DIC, etc.).
