研究目的：

通过横断面调查以及病例对照研究，本研究旨在探讨螺内酯治疗和手术治疗这两种不同的治疗方式对原发性醛固酮增多症患者的心血管事件结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

This study aims to investigate the effects of spironolactone treatment and surgical treatment on cardiovascular events in patients with primary aldosteronism.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

① CT结果诊断为肾上腺瘤； ② 在中国医科大学附属第一医院就诊使用螺内酯治疗或进行肾上腺瘤切除手术

Inclusion criteria

① The CT diagnosis was adrenal tumor. ② In the First Affiliated Hospital of China Medical University, spironolactone was used for treatment or adrenal tumor resection

排除标准：

(1)饮酒过量(男性每周超过140克，女性每周超过70克); (2)病毒性肝炎、自身免疫性肝炎或其他慢性肝病病史; (3)自报2周内急性感染; (4)身体质量指数(BMI)每平方米小于18.0公斤。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) excessive alcohol consumption (more than 140 grams per week for males and 70 grams per week for females); (2) history of viral hepatitis, autoimmune hepatitis, or other chronic liver diseases; (3) self-reported acute infection within the past 2 weeks; (4) body mass index (BMI) less than 18.0 kilograms per square meter.
