研究目的：

本研究拟围绕新型冠状病毒肺炎患者的人口学特征、临床症状、实验室检查、影像学检查、治疗和预后等临床特征，做一个系统总结。并与以往工作中遇到的甲流重症患者，以及文献中提及的SARS、MERS等危重症患者的临床特征，做比较，发现新型冠状病毒肺炎危重症患者的不同之处。  

Objectives of Study：

This study intends to make a systematic summary of clinical characteristics such as demographic characteristics, clinical symptoms, laboratory tests, imaging examinations, treatment and prognosis of patients with Novel Coronavirus Pneumonia (COVID-19).Further morethe study try to compare clinical characteristics of critically ill patients with severe influenza A in the past work and with SARS and MERS mentioned in the literatureand found that the differences among these disease.

纳入标准：

经核酸检测确诊2019新型冠状病毒肺炎且符合临床分型重型、危重型的受试者（参照国家卫生健康委办公厅-新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（试行第七版）中临床分型标准）。

Inclusion criteria

Patients who were diagnosed as COVID-19 by nucleic acid test and were in accordance with the clinical classification of severe or critically illness. (refer to the clinical classification criteria in the pneumonia diagnosis and treatment program of novel coronavirus infection, General Office of the National Health Commission (trial version 7)).
