研究目的：

构建并应用适用于脊髓损伤患者及配偶的二元应对干预方案，并评价该干预方案的可行性和初步效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct and apply a dyadic coping intervention programme for patients with spinal cord injury and their spouses, and to evaluate the feasibility and preliminary effect of the intervention programme.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

(1)已婚夫妇，年龄≥18岁; (2)根据国际脊髓损伤神经系统分类标准，夫妻一方诊断为SCI，美国脊髓损伤协会(ASIA)分级为B、C、D级; (3)配偶是患者的主要照顾者，并与患者共同生活1年以上; (4)夫妻双方均知情同意参加本研究。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Married couples, aged ≥18 years old; (2) According to the International Standard for the Neurological Classification of Spinal Cord Injury, one of the spouses was diagnosed with SCI, and the American Spinal Injury Association(ASIA) classification was grade B,C or D; (3) The spouse lived with the patients for more than one year and were the main caregivers of the patient; (4) Both spouses were informed and agreed to participate in this study.

排除标准：

(1)配偶一方或双方有精神疾病史或严重认知障碍，无法有效沟通; (2)配偶一方或双方合并其他严重躯体疾病，如心力衰竭、呼吸衰竭等。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) One or both spouses had a history of mental illness or severe cognitive impairment, and were unable to communicate effectively; (2)One or both spouses were complicated with other serious physical diseases, such as heart failure, respiratory failure.
