Objectives of Study：

Research on the Effectiveness of Scalp Acupuncture Electrostimulation for Peripheral Vertigo

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

①符合中华医学会《老年人头晕 / 眩晕诊疗多学科专家共识》外周性眩晕相关疾病诊断标准；②年龄≥18 周岁、年龄≤80 周岁；③同意使用头皮针电刺激治疗者。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Aligned with the diagnostic criteria for peripheral vertigo-related conditions outlined by the Chinese Medical Association in the "Multidisciplinary Expert Consensus on Diagnosis and Treatment of Dizziness/Vertigo in the Elderly." (2) Individuals aged 18 years or older but no older than 80 years were included. (3) Participants consented to receiving scalp acupuncture electrical stimulation treatment.

排除标准：

1.患严重心脏系统疾病、精神系统等及不能接受电刺激者； 2.中枢性眩晕； 3.有抑郁症、双相情感障碍等精神疾病史； 4.合并脑卒中、癌症等其他严重疾病; 5.中途退出或脱离本研究； 6.主观拒绝使用头皮针电刺激治疗者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Experiencing severe cardiovascular or mental disorders and deemed unsuitable for electrical stimulation treatment. (2) Central vertigo cases. (3) Individuals with a pre-existing history of depression, bipolar disorder, or other mental illnesses prior to the onset of their condition. (4) Individuals complicated with severe conditions like stroke or cancer. (5) Participants who withdrew or disengaged from the study. (6) Participants who subjectively declined to undergo scalp acupuncture electrical stimulation treatment.
