深度解析胃印戒细胞癌的分子机制以及免疫学特征，为SRCC患者的治疗和预后提供指导意义  

Objectives of Study：

To analyze the molecular mechanism and immunological characteristics of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma in depth, and provide guidance for the treatment and prognosis of gastric signet ring cell carcinoma patients

纳入标准：

同济医院就诊并通过胃镜和病理确诊的胃癌患者；术前未行新辅助放化疗

Inclusion criteria

Patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by gastroscopy and pathology in Tongji Hospital; No preoperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy was performed

排除标准：

同时合并其他恶性肿瘤或既往有恶性肿瘤病史；肿瘤扩散转移，无法进行手术获取标本者

Exclusion criteria：

Combined with other malignant tumors or a previous history of malignant tumors; Tumor spread and metastasis, unable to undergo surgery to obtain specimens
