研究目的：

本研究以武汉地区的1071例COVID-19住院患者为目标人群，通过对其住院数据进行系统整理和回顾性分析，以其临床治疗过程中是否使用中医药治疗（主要包括中成药和中药汤剂）为暴露因素，以《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》中对于轻型、普通型、重症型和危重症型的标准对患者的入院病情分型进行分层，比较新型冠状病毒肺炎患者同一病情分型下中医药暴露与非暴露者的死亡率、普通-重症转化率等临床结局指标的变化特点。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, 1071 COVID-19 patients in Wuhan were targeted. Through systematic review and retrospective analysis of their hospitalization data, whether or not to use traditional Chinese medicine treatment in their clinical treatment process (mainly including Chinese patent medicines and traditional Chinese medicine decoctions) ) as a exposure factor, according to for patients with mild, common, severe and critically ill type of hospitalization classification of patients, compared exposure and non-exposure under the same disease classification clinical outcome indicators such as patient mortality and general-severe conversion rate. To observe the characteristics of the novel coronavirus pneumonia patients exposed to the traditional Chinese medicine.

纳入标准：

（1）符合《新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎诊疗方案（第六版）》中新型肺炎病毒患者的确诊标准；
（2）患者临床数据完整。

Inclusion criteria

(1) Comply with the diagnostic criteria for patients with new pneumonia virus in the The Pneumonitis Diagnosis and Treatment Program for Corona Virus Disease 2019(Sixth Edition);
(2) Complete clinical data of patients.

排除标准：

（1）最终诊断排除新型冠状病毒感染为其它细菌或病毒感染的患者；
（2）因特殊原因无法获得数据的患者;

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients who were eventually diagnosed with other bacterial or viral infections;
(2) Patients whose data could not be obtained for special reasons.
