Objectives of Study：

To explore a more appropriate anesthesia method for children undergoing circumcision and popularize it to primary hospitals

纳入标准：

1、日间手术中心行包皮环切术患儿 2、年龄2～12岁 3、ASA分级为 I级

Inclusion criteria

1. Children undergoing circumcision in day surgery center 2. Age from 2 to 12 years old 3. ASA grade I

排除标准：

1、对麻醉药物过敏 2、凝血功能异常者 3、穿刺部位感染 4、急性上呼吸道感染、哮喘史等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to anesthetic drugs 2. Abnormal coagulation function 3. Puncture site infection 4. Acute upper respiratory tract infection, History of asthma, etc
