研究目的：

本研究计划基于超声技术，创新性的提出一种能客观、准确评价牙龈弹性质地、体现牙龈炎症程度的新指标。并探索牙龈缘及牙龈乳头处软组织弹性及血流灌注情况与对应区域软组织颜色间的潜在关系。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a new index will be proposed based on ultrasound technology in order to objectively and accurately assess gingival elasticity and reflect the degree of gingival inflammation. The potential relationship between the elasticity and blood perfusion of soft tissues at the gingival margin and gingival papilla and the color of soft tissues in the corresponding region will be examined.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

1. 年龄18-65岁；
2. 可被诊断为广泛型II期-III期，B-C级牙周炎（依据2018年牙周炎新分类）；
3. 从未接受过任何牙周治疗；
4. 不吸烟；
5. 无全身系统性疾病。

Inclusion criteria

1. 18-65 yearsold
2. can be diagnosed with stage II-III grade B-C periodontitis (according to the 2018 new classification )
3. never having received any periodontal treatment
4. non-smoker
5. No systemic systemic disease

排除标准：

1. 曾口服过可能导致牙龈质地改变的相关药物的患者；
2. 不能接受超声复查，或不能按时复查的患者；
3. 怀孕及哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who have taken oral medications that may affect gingival texture.
2. Patients who are unable to undergo ultrasound examinations or who cannot be reviewed in a timely manner.
3. Pregnant and breastfeeding women.
